I was recently privileged to see a very moving and powerful exhibition of Haitian vodou art and objects. The Vodou exhibition is on in Ottawa at the Canadian Museum of Civilization and runs through Feb 23, 2014.

With around 300 objects including movies, sculpture, furniture and textiles, this is a rare opportunity to see into the secret world of the Haitian voodoo religion. I did not have time to read all the included information but bought the very beautiful small book as well as captured stills and video which I share here. Don't miss this show!
