With map in hand, we started with a Parallel 49 coffee at 1902 Tea House in Gibsons.

#91 The Sechelt Longhouse
Native carvers and cedar bark weavers, very interesting and beautiful.
Wow! Fabulous cedar bark hats by Shyanne Watters.
I never knew these shaped hats were woven on a form but here’s the wooden form and the wet stripped bark. A master!
In Sechelt, we stopped in and enjoyed the Art of Hair Cutting with barber Bobbie McKevoy, an artists in her own right. Assemblage jewelry and interesting artifacts…
