Dress of dyed silk organza with surface design embellishment and machine embroidery. Background of acrylics painted on heavy interfacing hanging from wood. Inspired by the Palace of Knossos in Crete, Greece.

This garment was the only one of its series not stolen at my 1992 one-woman show. I guess the thieves did not consider it wearable enough…
